Announcement | Rare Material Research and Reference Librarian

The John Carter Brown Library is excited to welcome Mark Armstrong as our new Rare Material Research and Reference Librarian. Mark will be joining the reading room staff to assist researchers in the use of the JCB’s collections.

Mark served previously as the Archivist and Records Manager at Wheaton College, and has also worked at the Marquand Library of Art and Archaeology at Princeton University and the archives and papyrology divisions at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received an M.S.I. from the University of Michigan and holds a B.A. in English Literature from Kenyon College.
